You'll learn basic boxing techniques at your own pace, while gaining fitness, self-defense skills in a supportive and friendly setting.

In our Beginner Boxing Class, you can expect an exhilarating workout that will make you sweat and leave you feeling energized. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of boxing techniques, helping you build a strong foundation while having fun in a supportive environment. Whether you're completely new to boxing or looking to enhance your skills, this class is designed to be both challenging and enjoyable, ensuring you leave each session with a sense of accomplishment and a newfound passion for the sport.

What do I need for the class?

Attire: Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for easy movement. Opt for athletic wear like t-shirts, tank tops, or sports tops, and athletic shorts or leggings. Avoid loose-fitting or restrictive clothing.

Footwear: Proper exercise shoes are essential for boxing. Choose supportive athletic shoes that offer stability and comfort. They should have good traction to ensure safety during footwork and movements.

Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the class. Bring a water bottle to keep you refreshed and energized during the workout.

Gloves (optional): If you have your own boxing gloves, feel free to bring them along. However, if you don't have any, don't worry, as we have them for use during the class.

For reasons of hygiene and safety, all participants are kindly requested to bring their own hand wraps to the class. Hand wraps play a crucial role in protecting your hands and wrists during boxing exercises. If you don't have any, we have them available for purchase.
