Boxing Cardio and Conditioning

Boxing techniques which enhance your speed, agility, and strength.  The heavy bags will be used as you work on defensive and offensive skills.

Amateur Boxing

If you are ready to test your training at a competitive level, this is where you should start.  All of our coaches are USA boxing licensed, which is the US amateur boxing sanctioned governing body.  With the USA boxing license, you can compete in regional, stat and national tournaments, or qualified for the Olympics trial and have a chance to represent the USA in the Olympics boxing team.

Personal Training

One hour one-on-one personal training fit to your needs.  If your goal is to lose weight or make gains in strength and conditioning while off-season from another sport, personal training with one of our coaches is the best thing for you.  This can be a customized workout to fit your goals and needs. Personal training can include amateur or professional boxing training or weight lost, stamina, strength and conditioning.

Sparring

Sparring sessions handle the transition from just training in boxing to competing in boxing.  Highly recommended for amateur and professional boxers.
